Below are the current server options and the explanations for each. As we move forward in development we plan on expanding server configuration options. Initially these options will all be set via AllGamers dynamic backend. AllGamers UI is custom made for Survive the Nights and will also be modified and expanded on as we move through Alpha.

Server Owner
Determines who holds owner status on server

Server Name
Determines the name of your server and what will show in the public server list.
My super awesome STN server guys!
Default "New Private Server".
Server Password
Determines if your server is password protected and what that password should be.
MySecurePassword
String server password. Must not containe spaces.
Welcome Message
Determines the message people will see in the chat box the first time they join your server.
Welcome to our Survive the Nights server! *Underwear optional.
The player will only see this message the first time they join your server.
Progress Time
Determines wether or not time will progress on your server.
True or False
If set to true the server will follow the set time cycle, if set to false time will not progress.
Day cycle in minutes
Determines how long a day cycle should take in minutes, cycles are split evenly between day/night.
Setting a day cycle to 60 would give you 30 minutes of day and 30 minutes of night
Cycles can be set between 30 and 240.
Time Persistence
Determines wether or not time should be persistent through server restarts.
True or False
Continue from time, day and month after server restart. False means the server starts at mid day in spring on server start.
Starting Weather
Determines what weather the server should start with.
0 - 6
Default 0. Sunny=0 LightRain=1 HeavyRain=2 Storm=3 LightSnow=4 HeavySnow=5 SnowStorm=6.
Random Weather
Determines if the server will have random weather or not.
True or False
True by default. The weather will switch to match the current season.
Name Tag Distance
Determines the distance at which players can see others nametags.
0, 1, 2 or 3
This is the distance at which nametags no longer show. 0 = off, 1 = near, 2 medium(default) and 3 = far.
Show Login Messages
Determines if the server notifiy everyone when a player joins or leaves the server
True or False
Showing or hiding a player join/leave message can be useful for PVE/PVP servers.
Show Death Messages
Determines if the server notifiy everyone when a player dies on the server
True or False
Showing or hiding a player death message can be useful for PVE/PVP servers.
Player Nutrition
Determines if the players nutrition and hydrations levels have any effect.
True or False
Set to true players will need to maintain a healthy diet.
Stamina Drain Rate
Determines how quickly a players stamina should drain.
0, 1, 2 or 3
0=NoDrain 1=SlowDrain 2=RealisticDrain 3=HardcoreDrain.
Loot Spawn Rate
Determines how dense the lobal loot rate is.
0, 1, 2 or 3
0=NoLoot 1=Rare 2=Medium 3=High.
Grow Rate
Determines how qucikly plants and vegetaion should grow.
0, 1, 2 or 3
Global grow rate. 0=NoGrowing 1=Slow 2=Medium 3=Fast.
Zombie Amount
Determines the overall density of zombies in the world.
0 - 5
The overall density of zombies in the world between 0 and 5. 0 = off.
Passive AI Amount
Determines the overall density of Passive AI in the world.
0 - 5
The overall density of Passive AI in the world between 0 and 5. 0 = off.
Vehicle Spawn Rate
Determines the overall Vehicle Spawn Rate in the world.
0 - 5
The overall Vehicle Spawn Rate in the world between 0 and 5. 0 = off.
Starting Components
Determines the overall rate at which components spawn in machines IE generators or electric panels.
0 - 5
Global spawn rate between 1 - 5. 1 being low and 5 being high.
